We spent the fourth of July weekends at my sisters place down in Oklahoma. K has so much fun playing with his cousins, especially R. It is always nice to go down and visit my sister and her family, even if I have only been able to go down when it is intolerably hot for me recently. We used to go at Christmas, we might have to reconsider things when life settles out. Anyway, we went to an animal safari in Arkansas that was a lot of fun. We also enjoyed watching fireworks at the lake and then setting off fireworks later back at the house. All in all it was a great weekend!

It is hard to see through the fence but K and his cousin R are in the pen with some monkeys. The monkeys preferred R because he was taller, but I think K still enjoyed the experience.
