While the picture is from December, it describes the last few days around here. I haven't written in awhile and I have missed some very important days. All I have for an excuse is that I am back in school, DH is working at a new job, and I barely seem to be keeping it all together. That said DH had a birthday this month. We did not get to spend his birthday together as he was in MO, but we were able to do a little celebrating the following weekend. I found a great deal on a dress coat at Target, so now he can wear a nice coat to church and not just a work coat. I am really beginning to appreciate Target a little more, now. To add to this I completed my shadowing experience at a local hospital in just over a week, it was originally scheduled for four hours over four weeks. I really enjoyed it, but it did make things more hectic. Then this week Little K missed school Monday for a sore throat and cold symptoms, then again on Thursday with the flu. Coincidentally most of the family next door also had the flu. To top it off I missed school Wednesday because of a migraine which came back today. However the bright spot is how wonderful DH is. After driving until late last night, then getting up early this morning to finish driving home he sent me to bed, made lunch and dinner, played with Little K, did some grocery shopping, and picked up the house! It just reminds me how luck I am to have him. But I have a Sunday school lesson to prepare and homework to do, so I better get off of here.

How sweet of DH to take such good care of you both. I know you will get through this semester too. Keep your head up. As for catching up, do you really ever catch up or do just get not as far behind? lol
